Welcome to AveroPH. These Terms govern your use of our platform, listings, and related services. By creating an account or booking a stay, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

The platform

AveroPH provides an online marketplace where hosts publish accommodations and guests make reservations. We are not the owner or operator of listed properties unless explicitly stated. Hosts are responsible for their listings, compliance with local laws (including barangay or LGU requirements), taxes, and guest safety at the property.

Bookings & payments

When you confirm a booking, you enter a contract with the host subject to the cancellation policy shown at checkout. Fees, currencies, and payment methods are displayed before payment. Chargebacks and disputes may result in account review.

Conduct

Users must provide accurate information, treat others with respect, and follow house rules and local regulations. Harassment, discrimination, fraud, or illegal activity may lead to removal from the platform.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law in the Philippines, AveroPH is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from stays, travel, or use of the site. Our total liability for claims relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in fees for the booking in question (if any), except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the site or email where appropriate.
