Welcome to Avero. By using the Avero App and its services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking Policy
All bookings made through the Avero App are considered final and confirmed upon successful payment or confirmation.
Users must ensure that all booking details (date, time, location, and guest information) are correct before confirming.
2. Cancellation Policy
Only the registered user who made the booking (“Booker”) has the right to cancel the reservation.
Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking date and time.
If the Booker cancels within the allowed period: a 50% cancellation fee will be applied, and the remaining 50% of the payment will be refunded.
3. Non-Cancellable Conditions
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking schedule are non-refundable.
Failure to show up on the scheduled booking date (“No Show”) will result in 100% forfeiture of payment.
4. Rights to Cancel
The right to cancel a booking is strictly limited to the Booker only.
Third parties, guests, or unauthorized individuals are not allowed to cancel any booking.
5. Modification of Booking
Changes or modifications to bookings are subject to availability and approval.
Avero reserves the right to deny modification requests if they conflict with policies or schedules.
6. House Rules and Regulations
Each listing has house rules and regulations set by the host (including check-in and check-out times, guest conduct, and property-specific requirements).
By confirming a booking on Avero, you agree that you have read, understood, and will comply with the house rules and regulations shown for that stay on the listing and at checkout.
Failure to follow house rules may result in cancellation of the stay, forfeiture of payment where permitted by policy, or account action.
7. User Responsibility
Users agree to provide accurate and complete information.
Misuse of the platform, including fraudulent bookings or cancellations, may result in account suspension or termination.
8. Platform Rights
Avero reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Avero reserves the right to cancel bookings in cases of system errors, fraud, or unforeseen circumstances.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Avero App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, including the house rules and regulations for your booked stay.
