How we work
Hosts list homes with clear photos, amenities, and house rules. Guests search by area and dates, book securely, and communicate through AveroPH. We provide tools for calendars, pricing, and support so both sides know what to expect before and during each stay.
Neighborhood guidelines
Respect quiet hours, local customs, and waste rules in barangays and subdivisions. Be transparent about parking and shared spaces. If a neighbor raises a concern, hosts and guests should work together calmly — we may step in for repeated or serious issues.
